How To Cure Skin Irritation On Legs ?

hi i am a 21 year old girl. i have have been having skin irritation on legs from knee and below from the past 5 years. i have consulted many doctors and tried their medication but nothing has helped. my skin is extremely dry. i use johnson & johnson baby soap and i regularly moisturize. my skin there is extremely itchy and not there are dark patches on my skin which looks very ugly. please help

Hello,
Thank you or writing to HCM.

There is very less amount of fat below knee, in the shin area. Due to which dehydration occurs very quickly in those areas compared to the rest of the body, causing xerosis (dry skin).
Dry skin causes irritation and pigmentation occurs when we scratch aggressively.

I would advice you to apply ureativ 10 cream over the affected area, twice or thrice daily.
Drink lot of water and keep yourself well hydrated. Try to cover your legs to prevent direct dehydration.
