How To Cure Spermatocele On Right Testicles?

I have a spermatocele on my right testicle. It has been diagnosed as benign. Last night my granddaughter jumped on me and accidentally hit me in my testicles. As I was examining myself later I noticed that the spermatocele was gone. Did this burst and is this safe.

Ideally it needs exploratory surgery and excision of the Spermatocele.
Rest is up to you.
