How To Cure Stomach Pain And Terrible Heart Burn?
i im 31 wks pregnant...i had diarrhea all day yesterday and this morning...now i feel sick in my tummy and achy...am i ok...or is it just a bug! had terrible heartburn all day today...my baby is breech...this couldnt be signs of labour could it? thankyou.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be a stomach bug or effect of gastritis.If the diarrhoea has stopped nothing to worry.Or if it is continuing you might need antibiotics.Take antacids and food in small quantities every 2 hourly for gastritis.Gastritis or heartburn is routinely seen in pretty due to hormonal influence and iron supplements.Take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres to avoid dehydration.
