How To Cure Swelling Of The Neck With Pain?

I have a swelling on the right lower side of my neck and pains mildly when touched to know as to what it is.I am taking "Combiflam " tablet,Mega -CV 625 tablet,Taxim-O CV 200 tablets consulting a doctor.What should I eat,what not,and how can I cure it?

Taking a pain medication will relieve the symptoms only ,hence you need to consult with a local doctor and have a physical exam don.It could be an abscess,Swollen salivary gland.lymphadenopathy. what is important is to have it examined right away.
