How To Cure The Damage Because Of Drinking Alcohol?

I have drank alcohol on a daily basis for a number of years i have cut down to the weekends and have had no syptomns when giving up and no problems. i am slightly worried i have caused myself damage from the past. i dont feel poorly and glad i only stuck to drinking a low alcoholic drinks. if their is any damage can i repair it. i am thirty years of age

Alcohol affect many part of the body but the liver is most commonly affected , Get liver function test as well as ultra sonogram of liver. This test will find out any damage to liver or not and the extent of injury.
stopping alcohol will definitely reverse any reversible injury to body.
With 30 years of age chances of irreversible injury due to alcohol is less likely.
