How To Cure Throat Infection With White Spots On Ears?

I have a throat infection i have white spots and an ear infection that is kiling me and im on antibiotics. But its getting worse i cant swallow well it hurts, and something on my neck is swollen and bothering me. and also im coughing up bloody bloody phlegm what is wrong?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a resistant infection. It seems that your current therapy is not very effective. For this reason, I would recommend performing a throat discharge bacterial culture in order to change your antibiotic with another one more effective based on the type of infection. A brain and neck CT scan is also necessary to investigate for the possible spreading of the infection or abscess formation, considering your symptoms.
