How To Cure Tight And Uncomfortable Chest Due To Gas?
My chest is tight and uncomfortable, feels like gas. Tums helped for a short while. My bloodpressure is 115/70 heart beet 95. It feels good when I burp or pass gas. My whole body feels unconformable. I am just getting over a 3 weel cold in my heah and chest. Whats up?

Take an antacid regularly like esmoprazole-domperidone combination.
Exercise regularly.
Take very light food at night.
A glass of cold milk everyday.
Syrup Mucaine gel helps a lot.

Acidity problem leading to chest tightness and heart problems , usually overlap in symptomatology.
They always confuse us.
So I advise you to get an ECG to rule out any heart problems.
If it's just acidity , you may discuss with your doctor about taking Pantoprazole for a couple of days , if not relived , you can undergo endoscopy.
