How To Deal With Mild Pain In The Left Chest?

My uncle is in ICCU. He has been feeling a mild pain in his left chest. Just 2 hours back he has been admitted in a hospital under an M.D. (Medicine) in Siliguri. No cardiologist is available in Siliguri. All are on leave due to Durga puja. What should I do?

Are You have not given me enough information they might have done some tests and him to rule out any heart attack usually the pain due to heart problems is not on the left side it is either in the mid chest in the neck on in the left arm or it comes in other forms if the blood tests are normal and you should not worry too much and you may I ask the doctors to get them do echocardiogram again if the ejection fraction is normal then you can get other tests later on to open heart disease

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
Nothing to worry as he is under care of physician M.D. and in ICCU.
He will go for all necessary investigations and treatment accordingly.
All necessary and emergency treatment will be carried out.
Ok and take care.
