Hi Doctor, i just want to know more about panic attack and how to deal it with it.. I never had this before in my life. But in the past a month seems like i've been a completely different person. So scare of everything, i'm a bit scare, bit lost.. hope you can help me
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Panic attack (clinical) comes to people with anxiety. Other type of panicky situation like roller coaster ride, comes naturally and should not be worried about.
If your panic attack is due to anxiety, you should learn to live and overcome your anxiety. There are certain psychotherapy techniques like desensitization therapy, CBT etc. Please let me know the whole of anxiety and its history.
