How To Delay Periods?
Hi Dr. , I am going on a vacation on 10th of October and my period date falls around the same time, Can you suggest a safe medicine that I can take to delay my menses for a week. I am 40 years old and single mother, i do not take any contraceptive pills, or I am allergic to ponstan. Now i m diagnosed diabetes as my family history. My weight is 105 kgs and I am 5 ft 6 inches tall.

It would be best to consult your doctor but you can try medications like norethisterone which should be taken as long as you want your periods to be postponed, and once you are ready to have your oeriod you can discontinue them, and you should see your period in about 3-5 days.
