How To Delay The Period By Medication?

Hi Dr. I am going on a pilgrimage on 19th dec. Went to see my gynae to prepone my menses. My expected period wld b on the 19 th dec. Dr gave me primulat n to bring forward my menses. Told me to take on the 7th dec onwards for 5 days afterwhich menses is to come. But i still have not got my menses yet. I feel i am going to hv it soon. Unfortunately i dont want to have my menses now . I am leaving on 19th and dont want my periods until the 27th of dec. What should i do now?

I really appreciate your concern, if the hormone medicine being taken to alter the physical menstrual cycle then it greatly disturb the hormone level and it become very unpredictable as long as regular menses is concern but it is nothing to worry because later or sooner you would be having regular period hope this information helps.
