I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation and that caused the hemorrhoid then get done the surgery and it is the only best option you have, you can manage it medically but it may not give the permanent cure, like drink more water, have fiber containing diet, try stool softener, sitz bath, but it may not cure the hemorrhoid.
