If you have a regular cycle remember that the middle of it is the most fertile time. So if a woman has a 28 days cycle, the 14th day is the day when the egg ovulates. It may happen one day before or after, depends from the hormonal level.

In these days the vaginal secretions are white, more viscous and sticky. Body temperature is slightly higher.
Try to have unprotected intercourse 3 days before and 3 days after the day that the egg ovulates since the fertility of the woman is high.
