How To Develop Positive Thinking In Life?

Feel depressed. No interest in hobbies Previously enjoyed. Hate living with in laws, even though they are good. Everyone scared of Me as I like things my particular way, eg : tea made in a certain way. Don t like watching news.. . I feel like my husband doesn t love me and prefers his family over me. As whatever I say to him he takes it as I m complaining.. We recently had kid. I don t interact much in family discussion as I m not fond of it. Which make them feel I m not social. If not for my kid I would consider hurting myself. Kindly suggest anti depressant as it may help change my thinking from negative to positive maybe.. I m still breastfeeding.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query that you not able to enjoy things in your life and feels alone could possibly be because of low mood disorder, depression, anxiety and hypoactivity.

Well depression is not a disease as such its a condition a state of mind due to which you collects all the negative throughts around you and started feeling detached , anxious.

I would suggest you to try to change your opinion about life , consider yourself a part of family, trt to interact with them as speech theray is best treatment for your condition. You can do this with the help of yoga, meditation as that collects your positive energy and help you to stay focused. Drink alot water and excercise daily. Try to maintain a schedule for yourself so that you keep yourself busy with your activities.

Antidepressants, antipsychotics and antianxiety drugs like clozapine and benzodiazepine could be helpful for you but i suggest you to avoid that till the time you donot visit a psychatrist. As you breastfeeding your child you should not take any medicine without prescription as it can cause effect on your child.

Need not to worry , stay in peace , its just a state of mind go for psychotherapy, sooner you will be relieved from your symptoms.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
