How To Diagnose For Myasthenia Gravis And Botulism?

Dear sir.......Aged 36 male,I was diagnosed Generalised myasthenia

gravis in jan-2006.Symptoms were double vision, left drooping eyelid & hand and leg weakness.Done thymectomy in Aug-2006.But of no use, still on prednisolone 10 mg & gravitor 60-60-60mg daily.

If dosage reduced, then symptoms again start.I heard that BOTULISM & many more diseases have same signs, and the doctor who first diagnosed as Myasthenia was very greedy and always was forcing me for thymectomy for which I spent 2 Lakhs and he wanted to prescribe only the costly medicines. DR.BATRAS also cheated me for one year in the name of homeopathy. I am financially down and is in the brim of a SUICIDE. Please help me sir.....How can I truly diagnose that my disease is MG or BOTULISM or any other disease.Because during 2004-05 my eating habits was similar to that which can cause BOTULISM. Please help me sir , may god bless you and your family.......
