I am in menopause and the hot flashes have been going on for 9 years. All symptons subsided for 1 month early in the year and now they are back with a vengence. FEBHRT did not help. I am now on a patch twice a week and a small round ball shaped pill each night that really zonk me (100 not 220 mlg?) Is there anything else I can do for them?

You will need to talk to your Gynaecologist about this. You can eat phytoestrogen rich food like Soyabean to help with increasing Oestrogen which could prevent hot flushes. These symptoms would subside eventually. Try to relax. Eat healthy. Do discuss alternate treatment options with your Gynaecologist to help you in this regard.
