How To Diagnose If One Has Bipolar Disease If Having Lot Of Mood Swings?
I am concerned about my 24 year old daughter s mood swings, and wondering if she could be bi-polar. Do we have to consult with a psychiatrist or is it possible to go through a neurologist to possibly test brain waves with an eeg or have some other kinds of tests to help get a diagnosis?

For proper management and diagnosis, you have to consult a psychiatrist rather than neurologist. EEG or other radiological tests help to find out any underline organicity.
