What Causes Spells Of Burning Sensation In Eye, Cold Sweats And Paralysis?

I am a 42 year old female. I have been having seizure or tia like spells...I can feel when it is about to happening cool/burning sensation in my RIGHT eye..feeling spreads to my head, chest gets sort of tight, mass confusion, a surreal feeling..as I come out of it I break out in a cold sweat..that senario is always the same , the last few times this occured..the right side of my body was paralyzed..right side facial droopage, right arm numb..and the episodes seem to be more intense..also after getting out of one, there was two more immediately back to back. eeg came back normal..mri, normal...electrocardiogram normal

Hello,

These episodes could be related to hemiplegic migraine or Epilepsy seizures. I would recommend starting therapy with Topiramate and see if it helps improve your situation.
