How To Diagnose Internal Bleeding On Forehead Caused After Injury?

I hit the side of my forehead, on the edge of a plastic crate, not my temple, but close to it. It broke skin and spotted blood, but no major bleeding. I felt a little dizzy and even a little so now, it hasn t been quite 24 hours yet though. I was wondering if it was possible to have internal bleeding.
