How To Diagnose Internal Hemorrhoids While Suffering From External Hemorrhoids?

I have external hemorrhoids and i am thinking i have internal as well. Been struggling with this since i had my baby 7 months ago. Went to the doctor a week ago and got prescribed cream that the pharmacy has yet to get in for me. I am in a lot of pain and been taking stool softeners for 2 weeks, increasing fiber and trying to stay hydrated but it just seems to be getting worse. I was having bloody stools and that has went away. Just blood when i wipe sometimes. But now i feel like there is something stuck just right inside. Like poop or something. What should i do now? The doctor said she wants me to wait 3 to 4 weeks but my body just feels different.

Some of your Doctor prescribes are as facilitator; but, not enough for your treatment.
Hemorrhoid is oozing of anal sphincter area veins; thus, we can draw two ways for your treatment:
