I can understand your concern. You used undergarments and pads of cousin when you were 15 years old and this was teen age. A lot of youngsters resort to such abnormal means in teen ages but such habits reduce by own with advancing age. Now you are married and have no such interest then in my opinion there is no need to worry. You are not at all fatish and have no significant ailments. Don't think about this thing again and again.
