How To Diagnose Side Effects Caused By Taking Provera During Early Pregnancy?

i had no period since july/15 and my doctor did beta hcg which came negative. i was prescribed provera 10 mg od x 10 days. I finished it and no period came. now pregnancy test is positive. what should I do? I took the medication when I was 3-4 week pregnant.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Provera contain medroxyprogesterone.
It can cause hypospidiasis, genitourinary defect, cardiovascular and other congenital malformation defect if you had taken during pregnancy.
It can be detected by USG and fetal monitoring in early pregnancy.

And continuous monitoring of fetal growth by fetal specialist is required.
