How To Diarrhea And Weight Loss On Being Diagnosed With Viral Gastroenteritis?

I had viral gastroenteritis for about a week according to the hospital and it went away for a week but it had came back a week later lasting 14 days as of today and I went to my doctor Monday day and the doctor said wait 5-7 days on the brat diet I still don t feel better I have chills and dry skin sometimes and I guess anxiety making me search on the internet about cancer. I feel ligheaded when I stand up after laying down and don t feel the same. I usually workout but haven t for the past 14 days. I have diarrhea once only in the morning and I have not lost any weight but I keep thinking it is something serious. By the way I have no abdominal pain. I went to the hospital when I first had it in fear of cancer in my brain they laughed and said no it is not which they were right because I felt better but it came back a week after I got better my doctor said it s because you got off the brat diet to quickly but now it s 2 weeks I have it and also I have been drinking water a lot.
