I just returned from my dermatologist who diagnosed the pustules on my hands as Sweets syndrome. When I google that it says it is associated with a fever which I have not had. It also says nothing about the small, hard itchy bumps that preceded the pustule outbreak. She ruled out dishydrotic eczema which I self diagnosed. Any other ideas? She did take a biopsy which could tell me more but I am impatient. Thanks for your help.
