How To Differentiate Between Neck Problems And Stroke Symptoms?

I have degeneration of c5/6 discs and today had a severe bout of dizziness and sweating with neck pain and arm tingling. How do you differentiate between neck problems and stroke symptoms as family history of high blood pressure and stroke deaths are a concern?

Involvement of discontinuous areas excludes stroke
One is never sure – See an Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary...
