General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I would like to know the reason for your question. The manifestations and the age show that if you can relocate to a place where there is less levels of aspergillus spores, it will help.
Also there is no means to differentiate the two physically/clinically. You need to be tested for Aspegellin Antigen - which may be positive due to high levels in your environment.
So I advise you to relocate so that you can avoid the effects of Aspergillosis.
I find this answer helpful
