How To Ease The Headache Due To Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure is fairly high since twe days, causing headaches. I have only one kidney and already take zestril (lisinipril) to lower the pressure. This seemed to work until recently. What can I do to ease the pain now? Tomorrow I'll see my doctor
