Hi. my baby boy is 1 year 3 months old. he is not pooping regularly. only once in 4 days. he cries a lot the 4th day before he poops. he has this problem since 2 months. doc says to provide him with fruits and vegies. but of no good result. he drinks cow milk. please help me.

also you can use stool softners as these really help.
can you try substituting cows milk for few days and see the response.
