USG ABD few mesentric LN of 12-13 mm.cxr normal widal by card positive for IgM
MT 1 Yr back hypersensitive 30x30 erythma subcided in 2-3 days .inuration of 13x 15 remained for long time. repeated head ache and widal positive with enteric fever symptoms third time in a 1- 11/2 yr

widal is just a serologic test for salmonellosis and may sometimes signify previous contact with the salmonella antigen.
the symptoms you feel could be something else. please get yourself tested and treated properly. try to see a gastroenterologist.
