How To Fix A Shifted Tooth Post Removal Of Braces?
So I had braces about 6 years ago and since then my teeth have been fine but in the past year or little over a year my one tooth has shifted. Every other tooth is fine except just one tooth. Is there any like retainer I could go to fix it or could I get Invisalign for a shot amount of time? I'm just looking for options other than braces that wouldn't be super expensive either...
As per your complain in case if you have a history of having misaligned teeth or malocclusion for which you had braces and now you again have a tooth that has shifted. First of all you need to consult an Orthodontist and get evaluated. Many a times single tooth misalignments does not need to be corrected with fixed orthodontic braces and removable orthodontic appliances and retains can do the job or replacing the tooth in correct positions.
Along with it Invisalign is also an appropriate option. But the correct decision can be done only after clinical evaluation. So first of all consult an Orthodontist and get examined.
Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks and regards, Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora
