valium has a half life of 100hours. so it will approximately take 5 days to fulsh out completely.
ideally, it should not cause any problem. but side effects of valium are-
memory problems;
drowsiness, tired feeling;
dizziness, spinning sensation;
feeling restless or irritable;
muscle weakness;
nausea, constipation;
drooling or dry mouth, slurred speech;
blurred vision, double vision;
mild skin rash, itching;
