Hi Dr. I am 26yrs old and most of my families hx for males show they put on some weight by this age, but i am struggling to. I work out and have good muscle tone and i am symmetrical. Whatever i eat gets used up so fast in my body. Any healthy suggestions to put on healthy muscle mass?
