How To Gain Weight After Appendix Surgery?
I had my appendix out 2 years ago and since then can t get back to the weight I was pre surgery. I eat a very healthy dies, exercise 4-5 times a week but can never seem to get back to that weight. I ve never had a problem before with my weight and curious as to what I can do.
