How To Gain Weight Along With Diet And Endure Consumption?

gud morning doctor ,my name is trishal ,I am 25 years old but in appearnce I still look like a student aged from 19 to 21 , I am facing a huge challenge with gaining weight ,I do take regular supplies opf endura mass (i.e 3 *60 gm of endura , 3 bananas and 4 heavy meals ) ,that s roughly 2500 calories a day. Please do advice what else should I do to gain weight ,I currently weight just 54 kg , and my target is to gain atleast 20 kg .

Your normal weight would depend on your height. This is called the BMI (body mass index). The normal BMI is between 18 to 24.9.
Your can calculate your BMI to see if it is below normal, there are online calculators.

If it is below normal:
To gain weight,the calorie intake would need to be greater than the calorie output (exercise and other activities).

You either increase your intake further or decrease your energy level.
