i'm a 21 year old 6ft tall male and weigh 60 kg. i eat a lot and that too proper meals and avoid junk foods and all most of the times. i have been playing basketball regularly and did some gymming with some breaks in between. i don't gain any or much weght irrespective of my diet. though i am muscular yet i want to gain some fat according to my height. suggest me.
Hi, At the age of 21 with 6 feet your weight should be having between 57 to 73 kg. As you have 60 kg, it is normal. It seems that your calories expenditure is more than calories intake due to your heavy exercise like gymming and playing basket ball. So take more protein in your diet with moderate amount of fat and carbohydrates. Avoid more straineous exercise. This will give positive calorie balance leading to weight gain. Ok and take care.
