Hello... I am 27 years of age and i am about 59-60 KG,height is about 5.7 is this the correct weight?? if no still how much i can gain...i have tried gaining some weight but i was unsuccessful..Is there any natural supplements available in market which have no side effects?. please help me with my Query.

you have mentioned that you are 27 year old, weigh 60 kilogram and your height is 5feet 7 inches...
taking these parameters in mind, if i calculate your BMI (body mass index), it comes as 20.7 which is considered to be normal as the normal BMI is between 18.5 to 24.99..... so that you feel underweight is not justified and you need not worry....it is completely fine....
however if you want to be healthier, you can gain upto 5 more kilograms and that will be a perfect BMI... for that all you need to do is eat regularly and eat healthy....nurtitional supplements are not necessary...
you can consult a dietitian for a diet chart and you can easily follow it....
