Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to add supplement proteins and vitamin in your diet. Eat fruits, vegetables, non-veg, egg, milk, sprouts, vitamin tablets, protein powder, and etcetera. All this will make you nutritious apart from doing the heavy workout.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
