How To Get A Decent Nights Sleep?

Hi I've just had a circumcision 2 days ago and every time I try to sleep, I get about an hour, then I become erect this happens every time I've tried, I've had about 3 hrs full sleep in the past two days. Is there any medication I can take to prevent this from happening and to get a decent nights sleep?

It's may be due to anxiety or pain. There are few medicines you can take with doctor's advice and legal prescription. Zolpidem is the best drug for this as I believe. It has no dependance potential, you can wake up at your time and no major side effects. Its only induce sleep fast, not make it prolong. Other options are short acting bezodiazepenes like lorazepam, clonazepam and alprazolam. But I do not prefer for this condition.Just consult your doctor.
One home made remedy that \I generally prescribe is a cup of warm milk before 15 minutes going to sleep,it's quite helpful in many patients.
