Generally , if you are breast feeding your kid , its unlikely you could be pregnant within six months.Breast feeding acts like contraception .
In your situation , you should re consider the idea of having it if possible.
If you really want to opt for MTP , there are medicinal and surgical methods available.I advise you to visit your Gynecologist and discuss these options.These procedures and treatment definitely needs Hospital setup .Please do not attempt any at home.
