My father suffering from renal failure as the vein is getting properly that's why fixed with artificial vein further more now he is doing the cathedral in neck ,still treated doctors say that vein is not getting. now he is taking zosyn injection for 5 doses in 5days.

In that case you should get done central venous catheter better under Ultrasonographic guidance ( in IJV or Subclavian vein) insertion..
