How To Get Back The Energy To Work?

tiredness i always feel tired and quite drained no matter how much sleep I have. I'm average weight and I do have a busy job working with children, but lately I don't have the energy to do much and really have to force myself. have u any tips or advice?

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Hemoglobin levels.
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Lipid profile.
4. Serum electrolytes.

Regular exercise and yoga in fresh air will help in energizing your body.

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink lots of water daily.
Try to sleep for 7-8 hours in night.
