General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Salmonella typhi 1:80 means, negative, or faintly positive.
The symptoms may be common to any fever, more possibilities are to the throat infection.
For diagnosis of the infection, some more tests like T.C,D.C, E.S.R, Q.B.C, widal, A.E.C, etc are to be done.
I usually prescribe to my patients with such symptoms cifixime, omeprazole, domperidone, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
