hi i have dusky complexion by birth but i want fair skin ... Is there a surgery for anti pigmentation so that my skin can be made artificially fair???

For lightening the skin color, there are different therapies like dermabrasion, laser based skin lightening procedures, etc. The extent of success depends on the present color of your skin and the extent of activity of your melanocytes. You can discuss these options with your dermatologist.

generaly for skin colour genetically genes are responsible for it.nothing much can be done.
