Do not pay heed to the comments passed at you.
Make a promise to develop your upper torso today only.
I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals ,
proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required.
Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day.
Keep away from fried food , soft drinks .
Have small meals at regular intervals.
Drink loads of water.
That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
