Hi ,my father is 62+...,he had bi pass surgery in march 2011,he is using medicines regularly,he is also a patient of Thyroid(lean).Actally from last 10 days he is suffering with Sleep lessness.he is used to have Sleeping pills @05 power.Having these pills also not working for him.As we consult doctor they are verifying thery are checking and saying every thing good in ur body.,other symptoms like feels head eche painfully.Can we suggest us waht i can do with him...

Please try warm milk with a little jayphal in it. Also make sure he walks after dinner to tire him out. , and ask him to read something pleasant before he sleeps. Use an eye mask --like they do inside airplanes. You can try these simple things--regards
