How To Get Off From Having Synthroid 112? Weight Lost, More Energy, Eating Healthy

I want to get into the military and I can t while i m on my medication . I m on Synthroid 112, I have recently changed my eating habits and started eating Primally. I have lost 80 lbs and I now weigh 170. I have a lot more energy and I feel great, I was wondering if there s a way I can get off of this medication so I can get into the military. Is there any way?

Hi,

Thyroid medications probably have to be continued life long. Please check your thyroid function - if you have lost a good amount of weight recently you might be able to reduce the dose your thyroid medications (dose is per lbs).
