Hello Sir, I am going for a temple trip for 10 days on Dec 29th. Could you please suggest me a medicine to prepone my periods. My last period date is Nov 27 and the previous cycle is Oct 29th. I am married and i have 2 kids. Both are cesarean. Request your help on safe medicine for the need.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It is not possible to advance your periods before due date by means of medication.
However, you can postpone it by intake of medication.
Kindly take medication containing 'Norethisterone' which is available over the counter.
You need to take it twice daily about 3 days before due date of your periods and continue it for about 3 to 5 days.
After stopping the intake of medication, you should get periods by 5 to 7 days.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
