Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m 22 and want to have a baby. I recently was on tri-sprintec for about three months. Even though I only used birth control for a short period of time, will it take awhile for my body to ovulate normally agian? And should I start taking female fertility support supplements to increase my chances of pregnancy?
Hi.. Welcome to HCM.. As you have taken birth control pills for a shorter time the chances of resuming ovulatory cycles is faster.. You need not go for fertility support suppplements if your menstrual history was regular.. Let the conception happen naturaaly..If it doesn't then you can seek support.. Take care..
