HELLO DEAR
I have gone through your question and understand your concern , In my opinion before going for IVF you can try for ovulation induction with clomephene and timed IUI and one important thing to be kept in mind your thyroid and prolactin should be normal before induction and also to increase success rate you can reduce weight if you are obese by exercise , diet and metformin. Metformin also improves insulin resistance and efficacy of clomephene. After trial given for 5 to 6 cycle if conception not possible then you can go for IVF. The success rate for each IVF cycle is 37 %. Best of luck
THANKS
