How To Get Pregnant?

Hi doctor i have been trying to concieve my cycle is usually 26 days i have missed my periods by 9 days and had and ultra sound test done it showed two eggs in my utreus left egg of 12 mm and right of 18mm i want to concieve badly and dont want my periods to come could i get pregnant now???

hi..it is possible that due to stress your cycle is prolonged and further , as you are very keen to concieve and currently undergoing follicular monitoring to see the egg formation,I believe you have already undergone the tests to confirm the tubes patency ,husband semen analysis and basic workup in terms of thyroid status and Serum Prolactin levels .so now at this point of time you can go for a timed contact over the next couple of days and simultaneously look for the egg release to happen, as your egg of 18mm is of the right size now.If you have taken medications for the egg formation in this cycle,may be you can also go for an IUI procedure to enhance the chances of conception. it is also important that at what time of the cycle you have startrd your follicular monitoring .few things are not very clear in your question...need further details of what stimulation given or not given .
